Haute Route Ventoux 2023

What's wrapped up in the Alpcycles package:

• Full event entry for Haute Route Ventoux
• The Alpcycles team there for the full event to support you all the way - the perfect concierge service from booking to arrival and beyond
• 2 Alpcycles bidons
• 3 nights Half Board in our superb houses close to Finish Village (twin share ensuite rooms or single with supp)
• Breakfast, lunch (provided as part of your entry) and dinner everyday
• The Alpcycles VIP Tent in the Finish Villlage exclusively for our riders - homemade goodies everyday....and always a coffee or a beer
• Mechanically minded staff team and everything hosted by us
• A member of the team to visit the briefing every evening and feedback the race info to our guests

Thursday  – Arrival day

Today you will arrive into Bedoin, whether you are self driving or via the Haute Route airport transfer, which you can book on your entry platform once you have set that up. This is an additional cost and times/cost are:

• Thursday 05/10/23 - Pick-up is at 2pm from Marseilles airport, so flights need to be scheduled to land by 1pm - €59
• Sunday 08/10/23 - Pick up will be at 2pm from Bedoin HR Finish Village, so flights should not be due to depart until 545pm - €59

If you would like to arrive before today just let us know and we can help you book extra nights in Bedoin.

On arrival the team will assist with bike building/set up and you can visit the Registration Village to collect your packs/bibs. Early evening there will be the official briefing and then after this our own Alpcycles briefing at dinner for our guests. The team will be on hand all afternoon/evening if needed.

 Friday – Stage 1

After an early breakfast, riders will head out for the first of 3 awesome stages: Bedoin to Chalet Reynard via Sault. Sure to be a challenge for both the racing snakes who'll be nailing it at the front and those mere mortals riding for achievement. Once you cross the finish line we will be

 Saturday – Stage 2

An early rise again this morning and another epic stage to be conquered: Bedoin to Mt Ventoux via Malaucene, a bucket list route for sure.

 Sunday – Time Trial

Today is your final stage and generally a later start as it's the Time Trial Day - the classic route from Bedoin to the Mt Ventoux summit.  Once you have raced to the summit finish we'll see you back at the Finish Village to celebrate and enjoy the last of 3 superb days of riding.

• Closing Ceremony - Lunch (Finish Village)
• Departure this afternoon......or you may wish to book an extra night in Bedoin which we can help with

For this epic weekend you will be staying in a selection of stunning houses in Bedoin, perfectly placed for the event and hosted by our team. Our houses mean you have plenty of livable communal space, private outside courtyard or sunny terrace and a truly "home from home" feel throughout your stay with us. We will ensure you are comfortable, well fed and relaxed each day. Our two houses are:

• The Coffee House - with its relaxing courtyard and spacious stunning living areas. Most of our twin rooms are in this house
• La Terrasse - with its stylish bedrooms and chilled rooftop terrace with direct veiws to Mt Ventoux and hottub. Most of our single rooms are in this house
