Our 5 night package allows guests to arrive a night early into the hotel on 02/07/25

This is pefect if you are self-driving or planning a longer trip around the event.

From 03/07 to 07/07 you follow the 4 night itinerary and can access our scheduled airport transfers on 03/07 or 07/07. Please check all schedules before booking any flights to ensure they fit.

What is included in our Maratona dles Dolomites 2025 - 4 Night Travel package

• Tour Operator Guaranteed Entry in the Maratona dles Dolomites Granfondo - no ballot needed
• Optional return airport transfers for you, your bike and luggage from Venice Marco Polo airport and to and from the start and finish location. Available on 03/07 (incoming) and 07/07 (outgoing) only. Please check our scheduled airport transfer times before you book flights)

• 4 Nights Hotel Accommodation
• Exceptional family run hotel located in Colfosco with fantastic rooms, health suite and services.
• A mix of B&B and Half Board during your stay
• Twin, Triple & single ensuite room options (single room carry a supplement and are limited)
• Breakfast everyday and Evening meal on 3 nights
• Fully guided & van supported riding day on Friday 04/07/24 to recon sections of the route for the event
• Support van with water/"real food" snacks/tools/pumps/spares* (*there will be a charge for any significant spares used such as tyres)

Guests are welcome to book extra nights either side of our 4 or 5 night packages. This can be done during the booking process.

Wednesday 1st-July: Self driving or private transfer guests are welcome to arrive today for 5 nights at the hotel. We are able to help you book private transfers.

Thursday 2nd July: Guests arriving today will have the option to self-drive or access our bolt-on our scheduled Airport Transfer from Venice Marco Polo Airport at a set time and transferred to our accommodation in the heart of the Dolomites and perfectly located for the trip. Please do not book any flights until receiving the transfer times outlined in your Booking Confirmation Form 2025. Once at the hotel meet the team, get the bikes set up at the Alpcycles Bike Hub and relax into your surroundings. Dinner with the guides in the evening and time to chat about the plan & route for the following days reccie ride. 

Friday 3rd July: Breakfast, then we will head out for the guided ride route below to reccie part of the course prior to the Maratona 2026 event on Sunday. Enjoy the breath taking scenery of this region of Italy with roads that will inspire you.

Example of a section of the event route we may ride today: 50-55km, Corvara - Passo Campolongo - Arabba - Pieve di Livinallongo - Passo Valparola - La Villa - Corvara

Saturday 4th July: Breakfast….then time to prepare before tomorrow's event. We will head to the Start village and collect race numbers etc today using the event free shuttle service. Guests are free to take a spin, prep bikes and foodbags. Our guides will be on hand to help with mechanical tweaks and any last minute advice. An early dinner this evening will be followed by a final Full Race Briefing for our riders.

Sunday 5th July: Breakfast will be very early this morning. Then there will be a group spin down to La Villa together for the start of Maratona dles Dolomite Grand Fondo.

Monday 7th July: Departure day. There will be a very early breakfast and then a transfer back to Venice Marco Polo Airport. Guests will have the option to access this. The transfer will drop guests at the airport at a set time, so please ensure that flights are scheduled to depart no earlier than 12:30noon.

Maratona 4 or 5 Night Package: Our riders will be staying with us at our family run hotel in the heart of Colfosco and with great service and facilities for guests. We are always pleased to be working with family run hotels who have looked after our riders superbly over many years. The hotels have comfortable, airy ensuite rooms, free wifi, secure bike storage. All our packages include breakfast everyday & 4 course evening meal every evening.

Maratona 4 or 5  Night Package: 

For Maratona 2026 our riders will be staying with us at either of the family run hotels in the heart of Colfosco and with superb service & facilities for guests. Both hotels have looked after our riders superbly over many years and will make you feel welcome from arrival to departure. With two price bands, they allow for all budgets too.

Both hotels have a bar & restaurant and a relaxing Wellness Suite for guests use. Our packages include breakfast everyday & 4 course dinner every night. You will never be dissapointed with the plentiful & exceptional Itailian cuisine.

The location and welcoming feel makes this a perfect package for non-riding friends and partners too, as well as families. Access to mountain trails & restaurants, shops, cafes & bars is all easy in Colfosco.

 Hotel Pension Vittoria: Traditional & super friendly, Alpcycles guests have been welcomed by Family Zingerle to their hotel since we ran our first Maratona dles Dolomites package. Positioned with the most spectacular view over the valley, this comfortable family run hotel has airy rooms, good facilities including a cosy bar, restaurant and a Wellness Area for guests use

Hotel Jagerhof: Another family run hotel that we have love to work with and offers a luxury stay for our guests every time. With a restaurant, bar and Wellness Area for guests use and again, fantastic breakfast buffet and evening dinners it is a great place for guests travelling with non-riders and families.

Hotel Jagerhof also has capacity for triple rooms if required. Please contact me directly if you would like a price for a triple room.
